Thousands of children continue to fill the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington D.C. every first Friday of October!

From my vantage point in the sanctuary of the Cathedral, I looked out upon a sea of thousands of children on their knees, with eyes and voices lifted towards Heaven, and better understood the words of our Lord, “Let the Children come to me, do not hinder them; for to such belongs the kingdom of God.”
